Studies and Development Center ( SDC )was created by a joint group of professionals. Its highest entity is the Board of Trustees, represented by the Executive Director. Studies and Development Center employs limited permanent staff and employs part-time employees, which are professionals servicing according to the mission and objectives. A detailed list of services and high level of knowledge and competence are offered as specifically required by the project we undertake. Any individual or group of professionals SDC employees or contracts is encouraged to participate in preparing project proposals, conduct research, develop analysis and propose solutions. General philosophy of management at SDC emphasis motivation and encourages decentralization of responsibilities, efficiancy and accountability of its members and staff.
