Project Timeframe: 2021-2023

Building a network of students/young professionals for the municipalities of Korçë and Pogradec and piloting initiatives that enable ‘brain gain’ in the “creative economy” of these municipalities.

Implementation of the project will derive in the following results:
• Mapping of internal migration at the local level and identification of spaces and readiness for the engagement of the local diaspora in Korça and Pogradec
• Establishing and consolidating the network of excellent students/professionals of Korça and Pogradec (online and offline)
• Piloting brain gain initiatives in the creative economy in the municipalities of Korçë and Pogradec
• Distribution of the piloted model with interested actors.

Ndërtimi i rrjetit të studentëve/ profesionistëve të rinj për bashkitë Korçë dhe Pogradec dhe pilotimi i nismave që mundësojnë ‘brain gain’ në “ekonominë krijuese” (art, prodhime artizanale, arkitekturë, turizëm, etj.) të këtyre bashkive.

Objektivat:
• Hartografimi i migrimit të brendshëm në nivel vendor dhe identifikimi i hapësirave dhe gatishmërisë për angazhimin e diasporës vendore në Korçë dhe Pogradec
• Ngritja dhe konsolidimi i rrjetit të studentëve/profesionistëve të shkëlqyer të Korçës dhe Pogradecit (online dhe offline)
• Pilotim i nismave të brain gain në ekonominë krijuese në bashkitë Korçë dhe Pogradec
• Shpërndarja e modelit të pilotuar me aktorët e interesuar
